1. Click on the Sign Up tab on your MLS Property Finder. This will bring you to step 1, which is the basic contact information for your new client. First Name, Last Name and Email are required fields.

2. This brings you to Step Two, which is your client's search criteria. You have the option to show Property Address, Property Type, Towns, State, and Zip Codes along with having the opportunity to select more than five towns or zip codes. Based on your property type, you also have another set of options including the Minimum Price and Maximum Price.

3. You will then see the "Thank You" page after you complete the sign up process. Your client will also be sent a welcome email with their email address and password to log-in to your MLS Property Finder and MLS Property Messenger.
