An amazing mapping solution is available that aids in the search of properties for both you and your clients. One simple click provides you with a map from which you can choose up to eight towns, allowing you to see the “big picture.”

- See towns in relationship to one another
- Pick up to eight towns on the map
- Mouse over the color coded areas to display the town name and zip code

Start by logging into MLS Property Finder and clicking on the Search tab. From here, click on the blue link called “Map” over by the View By category. This brings up our state-of-the-art map, and while it takes a few moments to load, it is well worth the wait. Mouse over the map to see the various counties in the state. Clicking on a county brings up another map with all of the towns within that county. Choose up to eight towns and then click, “Submit” at the bottom right hand corner of the map. Doing so automatically populates the “Selected Towns” box within MLS Property Finder. At any given time you can clear your choices or hit “Back” to see the counties again.

While this new and easy to use map feature was added with you, the agent in mind, the benefits to your clients are paramount as well. The map has the added bonus of supplying a visual tool to those folks wanting to know where one town is relationship to others.
