Compose Email ... How and Why it works:

On the Compose Email tab, you can send emails to your clients or anyone else that you desire. You can choose from several Drafts that you create, Favorites and Stationary. For more information on these three options, choose from the help links above or scroll down for more info. You can add a Subject line, Search for Listings to be included in each draft and edit the text of your body from an easy-to-use HTML editor. Your clients will receive a professionally designed email along with listings with all of your contact information if you choose to send them any.

Stationary ... How and Why it works:

On the Stationary tab, this is where you can select from the background style of how you wish your email to appear. You also have the option of choosing a simple, blank email of which you would select No Default Stationary. From this page, you can also Set as Default Stationary, add or edit your Signature and add or edit your Photo.

Signature ... How and Why it works:

On the Edit Signature tab, this is where you can edit your contact information which will appear at the bottom of your emails. You can also edit this when you are composing any email. When you are done, click the Save Changes button.

Drafts ... How and Why it works:

On the Drafts tab, this section is a record of all incomplete emails you have saved. Hover your mouse over the desired draft and the row will turn blue. Click the Edit button to modify a draft. Click the Delete button to remove the draft. You can also sort the list by Subject, Date Created and Last Modified.

Favorites ... How and Why it works:

On the Favorites tab, this section is a record of all the emails you have saved for later use. You can use them, basically, as form letters or if you want to use one as a drip email for all of your clients. Hover your mouse over the desired email and the row will turn blue. Click the Edit button to modify a saved email. Click the Delete button to remove the saved email. You can also sort the list by Subject, Date Created and Last Modified.

Sent Email ... How and Why it works:

On the Sent Email tab, this section is a record of all the emails you have sent and saved. Hover your mouse over the desired email and the row will turn blue. Click the View button to see the sent email. Click the Delete button to remove all records of this email. You can also sort the list by Subject, Date Sent and Filter by keyword.
